Oaths are the final touch to the build. Oaths give you unqiue talents, mantras, and extra buffs. Builds can also be built around Oaths, making them a necessary part of build making. In order to obtain some oaths, there is a stat requirement. For example, the oath, Jetstriker, Requires a stat requirement of 50 agility.
